3. Human judgment and emergency use
reCare.ai is designed to support healthcare operations, patient intelligence, engagement, coordination, and configured workflows. You must not use the services as a substitute for qualified clinical judgment or as the sole system for emergency diagnosis, emergency dispatch, or time-critical clinical decision-making unless a specific written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

You may not use the services to:
- violate applicable law, regulation, contractual obligations, or another person's rights;
- gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, data, or patient information;

- misrepresent identity, authorization, clinical status, or the origin of data;
- send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or unauthorized communications;
- use automated means to extract, scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the services except as expressly permitted;
- use outputs or workflows to make decisions that require licensed clinical judgment without the required human review; or

5. Security responsibilities
You must use reasonable security practices, protect account credentials, promptly remove access for users who no longer require it, and notify reCare.ai without undue delay if you become aware of suspected unauthorized access, misuse, or a security incident involving the services.
6. Enforcement
reCare.ai may investigate suspected violations and may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect patients, customers, reCare.ai, or third parties; comply with law; or prevent material harm. Where appropriate, we will work with the affected customer to resolve the issue.
